Independent commercial website
This website is owned and operated by Waikiki Aloha LLC. It is an independent informational, advertising, merchandise and affiliate website. It is not a law firm, bar association, court, government agency, admissions authority, testing organization, law school or university, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them unless a relationship is expressly stated.
No legal, admissions or career advice
Content is general information and entertainment. It is not legal, academic, admissions, employment, career or financial advice. Nothing creates an attorney-client, educator-student, adviser-client or other professional relationship.
Official rules control
State Bar examination formats, subjects, eligibility, deadlines, fees, applications, accommodations, character-and-fitness requirements, score transfer and admission procedures may change. Visitors must confirm all current requirements directly with the appropriate official authority before acting, applying, scheduling or purchasing preparation materials.
Courses and affiliate compensation
Course links may be affiliate links. Waikiki Aloha LLC may receive compensation when a visitor clicks, registers or purchases, at no additional cost to that visitor. Product descriptions are summaries only. Providers control their products, prices, coverage, updates, access, guarantees, refunds and availability. Confirm those terms directly with the provider. Compensation does not guarantee placement, suitability, accuracy or results.
Advertising and merchandise
Advertising does not constitute endorsement by any state, bar association, court, university or law school. Original humor and merchandise are for expressive and entertainment purposes. References to places, industries or legal themes do not imply affiliation. University names, seals, logos, mascots and other protected branding are not used to imply sponsorship; any future licensed merchandise will be identified accordingly.
No guarantees
No State Bar course or resource can guarantee examination success, admission or employment. This website does not warrant that content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular person. Use of this website and third-party links is at the visitor’s own discretion.
